This unit is a bit smaller than the Isabella at just 77 square meters of floor space but it shares the same efficient design that puts all the bedrooms on the second floor of the house so there is no need for the communal areas to be so cramped. This model house has a quaint design that fools the eye into thinking that a house with such a small façade will not be able to fit more than two people. However, it can actually fit up to six with relative ease.

All the model home units mentioned above have a carport that can fit a modest-sized SUV and utility areas at the back. All of them also come with pre-painted exteriors. You can also choose to purchase a home that comes complete with all the finishes (ex. ceramic floor tiles, counter tiles, etc.) or you can get the house semi-complete, which means that the floors are bare concrete.
